We may feel a sense of insecurity if we are not connecting with our true heart’s needs. Maybe our connection with our mother or mother figure in our lives as a child has unconsciously effected our lives to this day as any insecurity felt back then may be still lingering within, with our inner child.
Take some time out to spend time with your younger self and ask what they need right now, and listen to what comes up, you may find you receive an answer that may assist both of you. Love and nurturing is something we all need and maybe our inner child is still seeking that need to feel safe and secure.
