In the years that have past have taught me so much and have taken me on a journey that has truly given me the opportunity to heal my life and to open my heart, it hasn’t been all sunshine and roses but for us to be free of the life we have created for ourselves we must be faced with them for us to see and feel and to heal.

We are very powerful humans and our thoughts do create our reality. Our challenge is to use our thoughts in a way that is for our highest good and from our heart and not from our egoic lower mind, we can connect with our higher mind of consciousness to create a life of love, compassion, community, togetherness and equality.
