Virgo Moon


Scrutinising what you need to do for your health, for your body and for your physical daily life brings change as you recognise what’s working for you and what is not over the next couple of days. Trying to perfect your life with a balanced view of your spiritual aspects and your earthly daily life could be challenging as communications may be a little fiery for some, being mindful of your self-love, the love of your body and your life will be helpful.


Seeking perfection may bring some anxieties to the surface or a chance of being critical of others and of yourself so come back into your heart space and bring your mind down into your heart to work together as one to allow the love of yourself and of others to be accepted as we are all definitely not perfect.


Worrying only leads to more stressful circumstances so do gift yourself with some time out for your own sacred space, this could be in nature taking a walk or sitting in meditation as you breathe in the fresh air with the intention for calming energy into your mind, thoughts and heart and letting out the thoughts that are not of a loving kind on the out breath. Let yourself be of service to you and when you do you are in a better place in your own well-being to then be of service to others.


As you allow a balance of your body and soul to be as one you come to understand that you are both spiritual and physical and life can be honouring of who you are.
