Over our Christmas celebrations we may have indulged and enjoyed the wonderful food and beverages shared together with our families and our friends and had some great Christmas cheer.
Now we may be feeling the need for some kind of detox and considering beginning a healthy eating plan to take care of our body, maybe a vegetarian or vegan diet might peak our interests or plan on paying a visit in the New Year with a dietician for a dedication to take care of our body, maybe one of our New Year’s resolutions.
Our body is a wonderful thing and when we can honour it and take care of our body by how we treat it, it will support us for the long haul.
Having a daily mediation practice and taking the time to connect to spirit in our own sacred space will bring profound benefits to our mind, and to our body and our soul as our mind may be in overdrive and we may feel over anxious about details that we can’t control and our nervous system will be effected greatly by this.
Watch for digestion issues and upset stomachs over this time as this is our body signalling there is a need for something to be change.
