Adapting to changes in our physical world and our body may have its challenges but nothing ever stays the same, every moment of our lives is changing and as we scrutinise and improve through identifying what is maybe inefficient and what is correct for us we can begin to make changes that may improve our lives.

Our body is a sacred vessel for spirit to work through us as we are a spiritual being having a human experience here on Earth.

Taking time out to sit in nature or in a sacred space and honour all that is and honour ourselves in physical form and as a spiritual being we begin to respect and love ourselves for who we are. We begin to realise we are here to be of service to ourselves and to others through the loving eyes of spirit.

When we gift ourselves the love we so deserve and fill our own cup we can then have the love to be of service to others in a balanced way instead of being out of balance and always being a servant to others, so do have some awareness if your life is out of balance in some way.
